Is he solid player? his stats?

As played I'd take the same line till turn comes down, cause it changes nothing, and I assume he's not doing this move with a hand we beat (busted FDs, cause you have A and Q is on flop as well, ofc he can have K :heart:J or smth like 7 :heart:8 but I dont think he'd play that hand OOP, or is he capable?) I assume he had AQo or KQo or 44 (I believe most), cause players with a set often makes their move on turn, esp.if the board is flush drawy as in this case.

I'd like to hear from a coach: what we should do in scenario if villain shoves on flop (cause there really isnt many hands we beat, just KJ of hearts, KT hearts, probs 78s of hearts, but yeah we need to know if hes a type of player to play these FD's hands preflop by limp calling)

I think I'd:

bet/fold flop if he shoves, (if hes solid player)
bet/call flop if he shoves (if he is fishy aggro type who could shove 77, 88, 99, TT, JJ, 89hearts, KJhearts and would have hard time to lay those down)

Turn: I'd bet 1220 (~1/2 pot)/fold pretty much with every opponent, since turn card changes nothing (FD didnt come for him if he had one and I dont think anyone would do c/r turn with 77, 88, 99, TT, JJ that you beat on flop like this seeing that you have showed some strength, so I put him only on AQo, KQo, QJs, 44 here). So yeah - bet 1/2 pot turn/fold on his shove.

Improve your MINDSET for sure! Put in MORE volume! and stop whining and complaining!

would bet more preflop as you end up pricing everyone in the pot
around 480-600 & on lose table with low buy-in would make it 600

generaly with board pairing there is good chance the villian has missed , would bet maybe a little less but if he calls then you can narrow his range down a lot & maybe try to control the pot on turn but you still have river bet to call

In the reality, I made a serious mistake in this hand. When I cbet the flop I knew that in the case he will showing resistence I was probably in trouble; this was my feel at the table even if in reality I was thinking for a Q really.

In fact, I tilted because I know now (and than really) that I shoul give up the shot for real and preserve the small chips left for a better occasion. Instead I went for an unecessary 2nd barrell.

Obviously after I was committed and I was hoping in one of my two outs (sci-fiction), but here we are.

P.S. If I dont complain, express my frustration, and winging, I will explode inside and that isn't good for my liver. In reality, I dont believe here we are superman and tilting and be upset is part of out nature and where I can express my emotion if not in a place with friends?

Also, I play all week-end MTTs as I normally play BSS; what's else I should do play instead to sleep? (where in the reality Im already got sleeping problem)

flop bet is absolutely standard and also snapcall if villain shove here. they could do it with all fds + all middlepairs 66-jj. and most players would slowplay there qx hands. As he calls the flop he still has his entire range here ( fds, midpairs and qx hands).

so i go for potcontroll and check behind. On the river you will obv. need to call any bet from him since you're too often ahead against fds and middlepairs.

as played if villain is really bad and if you think he pays you very often on the turn with fds and all his middlepairs you need to bet/call the turn. Bet/fold with your stacksizes isn't an option since you invested so many chips already!
