I think I tend to overplay AK, so this time I decided to play it safe and folded. UTG+2 is solid regular 12/10/2.6 with 5.8% 3bet, CO ir regular loser 16/8/1.6, SB is regular shortie, but losing one (minus 1bb/100 over 24K hands). I am almost sure I did the right thing given multiway pot and reraises, but as I said, lately I am not sure about anything anymore, so I need confirmation. Please evaluate:

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.50(BB) Replayer
SB ($11.45)
BB ($9.25)
UTG ($10)
Hero ($51.25)
UTG+2 ($48.75)
MP1 ($11.60)
MP2 ($50)
CO ($28.79)
BTN ($102)

Dealt to Hero A♦ K♣

fold, Hero raises to $1.75, UTG+2 raises to $6, fold, fold, CO calls $6, fold, SB raises to $11.45 (AI), fold, fold, UTG+2 calls $5.45, CO calls $5.45

Spoiler

FLOP ($36.60) A♠ 2♥ 6♦

UTG+2 checks, CO bets $17.34 (AI), UTG+2 calls $17.34

TURN ($71.28) A♠ 2♥ 6♦ 8♣

RIVER ($71.28) A♠ 2♥ 6♦ 8♣ 9♠

CO shows K♦ A♥

CO wins $68.28

I´d likely would shove that spot, but if you are downswing then you can also fold.
AK is doing fine against co and SB ranges, so your only concern is UTG+2 re-raising range. I think he would likely 3-bet sometimes worse hands than AK+ and you put a lot of pressure his TT/JJ type hands that he might easily fold.
