KQ crushes them and since it is off suit you would prefer to cut down on the number of players in the pot. Preflop: Once again, you could even raise it here. Although obviously ain't a must. But people just tend too often overplay their TP type of hands in such a multiway pot. For that reason rather take the initiative.

Postflop: You can easily fold the river, you very likely don't beat much there. His line also seems to be rather stronger. We did show strength on flop & turn although he still decides to bet pot on river? Doubt we would see a lot worse hands.
