Thinking more about the hand now I should have known he had what he had or maybe 99 when he raised the turn. It was just difficult to put him on a hand when he limped pre flop

Well, yeah. It's kinda hard to fold there but I have doubt that we would ever do that. While he doesn't even have a full stack. I would just say nice hand! Not much you can do. Even against a straight you still have a lot of outs. He may easily have himself any Jx.
