Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Replayer
SB ($6.02)
Hero ($10)
UTG ($4.24)
UTG+1 ($10)
CO ($17.49)
BTN ($12.72)

Dealt to Hero 7♦ 7♣ , fold, fold, CO calls $0.10, BTN calls $0.10, SB calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.60, CO calls $0.50, BTN calls $0.50, SB calls $0.50

FLOP ($2.40) 4♥ 2♣ 5♠

SB checks, Hero bets $1.70, CO folds, BTN calls $1.70, SB folds

TURN ($5.80) 4♥ 2♣ 5♠ 6♣

Hero checks, BTN checks

RIVER ($5.80) 4♥ 2♣ 5♠ 6♣ T♣

Hero checks, BTN bets $3.20, Hero folds

BTN wins $5.51

Villain is is a calling station with VPIP/PFR of 27/6 on a small sample size as usual. As the preflop aggressor I did a standard cbet on the flop with a small overpair along with OESD, checked when the turn did not help and folded on the river vs a bet because I did not have good enough equity to call.

Hello funnyclock,

Well, I doubt that I would change much in your play. Most likely I would have played the same way. We could of course argue about isolating or not but definitely it's totally fine to do so. 77 is still pretty strong hand for that.

Best regards.
