that code "Stars600" is only for first deposit. so i dont think you can use that or any other for a second deposited

Exactly, that code is only valid for your first deposit.
However, depends on how much have you deposited so far, you have 3 chances to make FDB transfer.
As opposed to other bonuses, you can split this PokerStars bonus by making up to 3 smaller deposits, e.g. of $200 each. What's important here: As of your first deposit, you will have 90 days time to make the remaining two deposits. And you have to make sure to use the bonus code STARS600 every time you deposit.

I'm not sure of the part where you withdraw your deposits and try again but if you do so and use the bonus code every time you deposit, it should work.
