Hero (BTN/SB): t6100.00 15.25 BBs
BB: t7400.00 18.50 BBs

Pre Flop: (t600) Hero is BTN/SB with 8 :diamond: A :spade:
Hero raises to t800, BB calls t400

Flop: (t1600) 5 :club: T :spade: 4 :spade: (2 players)
BB bets t825.00, Hero folds

Villian is a bad reg,stats-19/14/39(steal)/3.3(3bet)-2,4 agg.f. bet OOP-41%-922 hands.Haven't played many if any HU with him yet.I know it's not much of a hand but 2 things annoy me.First, what hands does he call preflop instead of 3bet/shoving?Second,I have SD value with my ace high and nut BD flushdraw and I dont give him a credit for Tx or better when he donks. How would u react to his play.

P.S.Would you shove a8o for 15 bb HU if you have no history that he flats often?

I'm puzzled by his flat from this stack. I'd take the safe way and fold flop if he hasn't done this before, or maybe call one and see what he does on the turn. I don't really like pushing here on the flop.

Yep, shoving A8o will definitely be good. R/c and shove are both good options vs some sort of a multitabler.

After he donks,I dont give him a credit for a trap flat. It's hard to give him a credit for a T as well,im gonna be cbet-ing this dry board almost all the time and he probably knows it.If I call I'll have about one pot size bet left and thats about it.I can't bet/fold on a later street.I guess folding here is never a mistake, but I feel exploited :P I have runner-runner nut FD,runner-runner SD,One over and some decent FE imo.@ Akrammon, what hand do you raise/call here vs this guy's 3bet/shove?

Hey!

Sorry for the slowroll response.
Weeeell. What I raise/call all depends on history between us, how much have I been minraising in general and especially lately. I think if we have been minraising then it def should be a good idea to r/c A8o+ A7s+ KTs+ KQo and maybe even KJo. And pps above 77.
Something like that. But as I said this can tighten (tho it can't tighten much) and widen quite a lot depending on history.

as for the p.s. yep, it's no big deal to shove even 20bigs HU. Often there are better ways, but I like to mix it from 10-20bigs vs reggy players. Sometimes I just push A8o, sometimes raise. if I can't comfortably r/c vs villain based on history then I just push.
