$2200 under EV in one month. I keep playing and playing and I keep losing, really hurts my confidence

Has happened to me this month, I've decided to take a break for a week. Best of luck trying to turn it around.
Same here also down 1.8k on headsup not flopping anything in 3bet pots against maniac fish rly tilts.

Rob a bank, that will give you the financial security needed to have a good mindset and handle losses in poker.
That is a tough run, and running well under EV hurts... but your EV itself is coming up negative.
This could mean lots of cooler spots, but maybe its worth sitting down to find out for sure.

it goes all together, when I'm on a downswing, I'm running under EV and getting coolered constantly ...
To OP, hope it turns around 
take some days off and do whatever you like then get back with healty mindset.Easy but help a lot for me too tho i grind every day but brakes sometimes makes miracle. GL
