I would b/f that spot Kx and even aces, so it should work most of the times against one pair hands, just to think about:
- players would generally not bet thin on the river one pair hands, since they are either ahead or behind against boat/straights, so I´m not sure BU would valuebet even Kx that spot (although it might be reasonable to bet there)
- that makes his hand more like some kind of miss draw (Tx, maybe even 6x, flushdraws) or trips+ that he would likely not going to b/f.
So to force out some better hands I´d personally would either fire myself 18$ or at your case c/r to 33$. This way you save 25$ if you run into monster and generally 44/21 don´t try to make herofold against you.
