I don't want to appear rude but why did you post this on hand evaluation board? If you start to question playing for stack with AA pre-flop... I don't know, you are better off trying to find other leaks in your game.

I post 3-5 winning and loosing hands. Even with AA can be played wrong. Like Veriz say, I shoud ship after his 3-bet. Post flop even AA is just one pair.

Your raise to $1.20 is no different from shipping. No one will fold AA pre so it's just a question of either slow playing or raise and that depends on your position and opponent.

I saw your other post of KK as well and that's the same as this one. IMO to improve the game you should focus on more edgy, mid-sized (like 40bb) pots instead of on these clear-cut pots.
