Hi, 1.10$, 1000cap MTT, In the money, 44 players left.

PokerStars - $1+$0.10|800/1600 NL (9 max) - Holdem - 9 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

MP: 36,933.00
MP+1: 65,846.00
LP: 70,443.00
CO: 69,948.00
BTN: 176,521.00
SB: 138,371.00
Hero (BB): 62,023.00
UTG: 53,100.00
UTG+1: 19,309.00

MP posts ante 200.00, MP+1 posts ante 200.00, LP posts ante 200.00, CO posts ante 200.00, BTN posts ante 200.00, SB posts ante 200.00, Hero posts ante 200.00, UTG posts ante 200.00, UTG+1 posts ante 200.00, SB posts SB 800.00, Hero posts BB 1,600.00

Pre Flop: (4200.00) Hero has J♣ A♠

fold, fold, MP calls 1,600.00, fold, fold, fold, BTN calls 1,600.00, SB calls 800.00, Hero raises to 5,600.00, MP calls 4,000.00, fold, SB calls 4,000.00

Flop: (20200.00, 3 players) K♥ A♥ 7♣
SB checks, Hero bets 5,600.00, MP raises to 31,133.00 and is all-in, fold, Hero calls 25,533.00

On the flop should I make a bigger value bet , like 15 000 ? But that would look suspicious as everybody was betting post so small because of antes and bb=1600.
So what , 20k in the pot is good enough to take it if everybody folds, but problem is that then I give the strengh of my hand by betting big when I have and small when I dont , right, ?

Turn: (82466.00, 2 players) Q♠

River: (82466.00, 2 players) 2♥

Spoiler

Hero shows J♣ A♠ (One Pair, Aces) (PreFlop 69%, Flop 62%, Turn 76%)
MP shows 9♥ J♥ (Flush, Ace High) (PreFlop 31%, Flop 38%, Turn 24%)
MP wins 82,466.00

i would bet 10k on the flop - i'm a bit weary of giving SB such good odds with a decentish stack behind him, MP is really fold or shove so it don't really matter vs him - and in fact betting this sizing can induce from him. But then because he is fold or shove it don't really matter cos if he caught top pair or draw then he is going broke - and we are in good shape.

Hope it helps.

What about my preflop play ?
When it comes to me pot is 6600 and I raise 5600.
I have just started reading MTT section, because I see that I
have problems when antes hit, and there is said about
bigger raise pre-flop because of that.

Maybe 7500 would be better ?

pre is fine, flop i cbet 11500

So why in articles say that I should pre-raise bigger because of ante, and because most of the fight in this phase of MTT happens pre-flop ?
