Villain was pretty passive so far so he has set, two pair almost always. Is it better to cold call here or to raise/call shove on flop? Is turn call mistake with this odds and stack sizes?

Betting river isn't an option probably, cause we are only rep smt like AAT8 or QQxx with diamond FD, and he is never folding his set

3 diamonds in your hand surely does suck.

Flop: One less diamond in your hand and turn that 3 into something more useful and it's an easy stack off. As it is against a passive opponent a call can be okay here, to use your position to your advantage.

Turn: Probably a clear fold now, that 9 is the worse card in the deck. All straight draws and wraps have hit 2 pair or better now. Opponent clearly doesn't look like he is bluffing here, I don't mind a fold. If you were deeper I like a call as you can probably bluff on the river a ton since there are many scary cards. As it is this river card changes nothing and villain is never folding so good check behind.

It's possible you were against KK :diamond: and were actually good but the most of the time I expect you to lose on this board.

Summary: Shoving this flop is okay, it's never going to turn out super bad for you with overpair and nut flush draw, but it's also okay to call and use your position to take advantage of good turn cards. Most people aren't capable of bluffing multiple streets into the preflop aggressor so I think you are beat right now on the turn.
