I really have trouble folding hands, especially in MTT. I believe it is because I'm playing very tight and when I hit a hand, preflop or postflop, I just cant let it go!
And the worst thing is that I don't just call! Especially in the middle of the tournament! I'm just thinking about how I need to double up and can't control my self!
For an example I place this hand:
CO-1 was very loose, playing almost all pots but passively.
Button ($3410.00)
Hero ($7910.00)
BB ($3320.00)
UTG ($19670.00)
UTG+1 ($10970.00)
MP ($4035.00)
MP ($10645.00)
CO-1 ($9230.00)
CO ($5570.00)
Preflop: , 4 folds, CO-1 calls 400.00, 2 folds, SB calls 200.00, BB checks.

On turn I was thinking he has a flush draw because he played mostly suited hands. When he raised me on the river I knew I was beaten but suddenly I started thinking he has an ace and that is the reason why he raised me so I went all in!
There was few occasions when I went all in with KK and there was an ace on flop and the guy bets!
In all occasions my stack would be decent if I had folded and I would still be in the game.
I think that I play MTT decently, but waiting is killing me and I think that is the reason why I do those idiot moves!
Do you have any suggestions how to fold those damn hands?
