Villain is TAG reg 23/5. How bad was my play? Should I raise flop cause he didn't pot it? Is river a fold, cause I don't expect him to shove straight and am not sure how often he would shove weaker boat?

I like a raise preflop, your hand is well disguised from the small blind and you can certainly hit a big flop.
I'd much rather see someone playing a hand like 9988 heads up in a raised pot than multiway in a limped pot.

Flop: Super Dry, no draws out there at all. Lead it out because if you checkraise you fold out all the bluffs and isoluate yourself against 67xx. It would also be a travesty to get this flop checked around. Bet half pot and see what happens.

Turn: Changes nothing at all, still a rainbow board, still not happy with check/calling here, but there is no option after the way you played the flop.

River: Obviously hitting the nuts on the turn, you have to lead out. However it's obvious you must have a set with the way you played the flop and turn so bet half pot here, you might get called by worse. As for when you get raised all in, well i'm never folding in this spot. If the guy turns over 44 for quads then it's a set up.
