Villain is "eagle" (15/12/4.5 over 1.7K hands), aggressive (raise flop Cbet 26%), thinking, capable of folding a 3bet on flop, so I figured he would fold even TT,JJ on Q-high board and when K showed up I decided its a good spot for 2nd barell. Please evaluate:

NH although I would probably make my bets a bit larger, would you bet this size if you had a K/Q?

It is hard him to call you down with Qx, so I´d also barrel turn card.
I would just make it bigger to 7$

I normally bet only 1/2 pot on dry boards with one high card. 2nd pair 66-JJ might get scared off, sets will reraise or slowplay so I save money that way. What can they draw here? A3, A4? 43s? hardly... High Qx like AQ KQ might cause split pots or problems with 2 pair, so I think lower Cbet is fine here...Am I wrong thinking like that?

p.s. with that I assume that changing bet size only because I am semi? bluffing here will only make me readable, so I bet the same as I would bet with AQ

If your standard bet is half pot on the turn, then it is fine. I´d generally bet more with tp+ to get more value, so I also need to bluff a littlebit more, but since he can´t really call too often with worse hands I think betting half pot is also fine.
