I am new to the Ladbrokes but I've been using HM for a few time before. However, I have problems using HM with Ladbrokes. I tried everything but the stats doesn't display on the tables.
Appreciate every help.

I followed the instructions but I'm not sure if I found the right hand history folder. When I press the Auto Import button the window opens and the right table is written but HM doesn't ind any updates and the stats doesn't show on the table.
Can you import the files manually via import file? You may need to copy them to a different folder before trying.
And please make sure that the pokerclient is installed in english language.
I changed the folder and the HUD works on CG tables but not on SNG tables where I'd like to play. It's very strange to me.
HM looks like imports files but not shows the HUD. I'm playing 2,75€ and 5,5€ SNGs but in HM results shows 11$ BI.
If your pokerclient is english and you have no Hud for SnGs/MTTs you have to use the tablefinder:

11$ is the default buyin HM uses if the site writes no infos to the handhistories or a summary file. This can be changed under Options -> settings.
The other data you need to edit manually under tourney -> results -> dataview.
I installed Ladbrokes in English and I've done just like it is said but i can't move the red sign to the table. It just keeps coming back.
Thats correct, click on the table name in the table manager to select it, move the red symbol to the table window, drop it there (it moves back) and close the table finder with "OK". Now the Hud should appear.
I don't know why but the HUD doesn't show. Is there an option for you to help me threw skype?

i'm using HEM on one of microgaming skins but my sng's doesn't appear at results at all (my hud is working and hands are properly imported)
I did what fozzy on 2+2 suggested:
"Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.
Move the gamehistory.dat file your \hmarchive folder and import it via Import From File(s).
Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated."
but the problem remains.
Then i did this also:

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands

I got problems with having HUD on all tables. Do I have to go threw table finder every single time?
@d0ne1001: this should only be a one time procedure. Only if the SnGs all have the same table names you need to use the finder for each of them.
@Gerovit: please clear your filters, the results must be there but probably wrong because HM gets no infos about the tourney structure from the handhistories.
When I open SNG the next time nothing happens. I really don't know what more to do.

What filters? You mean HEM filters in results or hands tab?
Lol of course its not them, i use HEM successfully with every other platform

dOne you have to manually do that every time i have same problem and "real support" and not this guy told me that it's about microgaming software and that it can't be fixed for now
