No SP on stars

Ok just seen a similar thread so maybe you can just merge the 2. Also I never had a previous account on stars.Im guessing it has something to do with my account being frozen a few weeks ago..

No internet all week so couldnt reply.Ya no problem Ingrid still no answer from stars so its basically a waiting game :evil:.As long as its back by the end of the month il be happy

I had the same problem last week. Try to accept information sharing, it fixed it for me.

Its very true, Jason do you have the following?

Please ALWAYS make sure that you

- you play cash games and generate rake
- you have info sharing activated as explained in download guide

^^You need to do this everytime you log on, but if you forgot just do it next time you log in and you should get SPs for the missing days.

Step 3: Enable Information Sharing

During registration, the software will ask you if you agree to information sharing. Enable this option. Only if you do this will we be able to receive information about the StrategyPoints you have earned.

If you forget to enable it, you can so do later by clicking on Requests in the software menu, and then on Information Sharing.

Furthermore, common issue, if you have more than one account with poker stars your account may have been flagged by poker stars for security reasons, please contact them for more information.

Anything else should be flagged to our customer support so they can help you further.

Just checked there it already seems to be activated as it was ticked in the box already and yes definitely play cash games and generate rake ♦.And definitely never had another stars account either.Just have to wait till i hear back from stars support i guess

Ok problem seems to be fixed.Dont know if it was the suggestion above or stars support but all points were there this morning so thanks ♦

Just received an email from them today.They said the reason my SPs were stopped was because my account was flagged for security reasons.Once the issue was resolved they started giving me SPs again ♦

yeah, this is very common. Which is why we advice users to contact poker room support and verify the issue.
