Hi,

You should b/f turn against fullstack, but since villain only has 40bb I´d bet a little more on the turn to 0.25$ and then shove over his min-raise. You´re pot committed anyway on the turn and since he can always get all-in smt like KJ/AJ and sometimes draws you can´t really b/f QQ getting too good odds and having too much equity.

Even if yo´d know that he has there JT, you still have 20% equity:
board: JT72
Hand Equity Wins Ties
QQ 20.46% 123,984 972
JT 79.54% 483,300 972

and getting 5.16:1 pot odds, you should still call turn, since you need to have only 16% equity, but since poker is game with limitless information I think better is to shove turn and putting in last 0.26$ than maybe seeing bad river card and folding best hand.
