Im not really sure how often you have to go broke with TP in 3 bet pot.

Opp is quite tight 17/15/1.0

Hello Wacko118,

Preflop: That's the reason why I don't advice to 3bet against BTN in this case. You will get often called from those hands which dominate you and you wanting to go broke with just TP. He ain't gonna Call you preflop with worse Kx hands. :(

As played
Postflop: Well, of course we can't just Check/Fold while having TP, although do you expect him to go broke here with a lot worse? :)

Best Regards.

So for 3 betting vs btn? What kind of range are you suggesting?
AXs KQ+? Suited connectors to balance?

And Should i call with KJ K10 or should i just fold them?

The video below is pretty good. Although most likely I don't like 3betting with those hands what are often dominated by better hands. For example as below mentioned KT/K9, since if you get called from a tight player he will often have better Kx or something similar.

  • Well, also depends what kind of playstyle you have,
  • what kind of opponent we are against,
  • what kind of stealing range does the opponent have,
  • what kind of CBet frequency does he have postflop,
  • is he capable of barreling twice,
  • how often does he go to showdown,
  • how we gonna make him to fold?
  • and so on...

Don't take poker as just some easy robotic play, especially when you playing SH.
