I don't know what kind of hands villain play in this spot. T one the turn completed straight draws, but he could also raised here with 2 pairs, pair + FD, 2pair + FD etc. Fold here seems too weak for me.

Definitely raise this flop. You're ahead and it's a draw heavy board. There are a lot of turn cards where you will still be ahead but the card hitting will kill the action, so you can't afford to play a hand like this slowly.

Turn: Yep, that's one of them killing the action, now all you can do is call.

River: You have to call as well
