Only question I have is about bet sizing. Sould I bet pot size on the turn and 2/3 - 3/4 of the pot on the river?

I think the correct play here is to pot the turn and river. I expect villain to bet the flop with T9/T4/TT/99/44 so when that turn card hits I do not see CO having a full house, therefore your AT is ahead here.

River changes nothing, I think you're still ahead here and that CO is showing up a lot with a ten or weak overpair like QQ/JJ.

Bet full pot on this river and fold to a raise. I think you will get called by a lot of worse hands than yours, especially with a full pot bet that looks like a busted draw.
