Hello lynius,

Preflop: I don't like your Call at all here. What you gonna achieve with it? You most likely will be dominated with your Ace and at the same time might already be against higher PPs. Just fold vs 3bet.

Postflop: Well, of course not much to add if you even catch your pair on such a flop. But do you really think he is going to continue with a lot worse here? And is the raise worth even? If you raise there is no other way to play it than Call, since what's your plan behind the raise then?
