In that hand I put villain on a bluff on the flop because of his high AF and because he has to protect on wet board with strong hand. However after his c/r I wasn't sure if I should call or raise/push against his possible draws. On the turn I bet for protection and free showdown with intention to call push from him. Is it overplayed to try and bluff catch in this spot? Is going for vallue on the flop possible or maybe folding flop would be the best option here?

Btw. villain have stats VPIP/PFR of 30/13 and 8 AF with 15 WTSD for 54 hands.

next time please post like : SH/FR information in subject. Cheers

I would be bet folding the flop. Eventhough he does have some draws in his range I think you don't have enough equity vs him. He has sets on his range, TP, AA and some draws. After betting the turn you basically have to call his raise, you have to have ~16% to make it 0EV and sometimes he could have AdX or something what is behind you.

because he has to protect on wet board with strong hand.

He probably doesn't know that... :f_grin:

Hello awesomeo,

Well, I don't like that much the Bet/Call on flop at all! Of course you have a AF on the guy but well, it's only for 58 hands so no sample at all! Should be pretty standard Bet/Fold here, I mean even if he wanted to gain fold equity why didn't he just CB? :) Pretty much overplayed your hand.

Best Regards.
