Hi!
I made a reinstall of my pc and need to install the app (for virtual +net and more). The help at neteller only shows how to get it if you dont have it. Nowhere can I find where to get it when I already have it activated but lost the app program. Help me out pls.

this is what their page says
The NETELLER app is free and can be downloaded by all NETELLER members. Sign in and select the "Apps" link to download the app to your PC.
but for the life of me, i cannot find where this "Apps link" is.
bit frustrating, sigh. i will keep searching as well and let you know what i find. in the meantime, why don't you try contacting customer support as well?

The Net+ Virtual Prepaid MasterCard is not available for download with the NETELLER app; the web version is also currently unavailable. We are sorry that we do not have time frame to have the virtual card application restored. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Thank you.

Hey bro,
After u sign in click on Net+ cards on your left. On that page you will find 3 tabs, click on "Net+ virtual prepaid card tools".
There you can Download the App or Launch the Web based version.

That is so weird lol. Anyway, i do have it installed and use it quite frequently. (Think is an awesome tool for online shopping).
Not sure how much i can link to *.exe files, but this is the following link i got when i click that button i shown:

I mailed support a third time. Havent got any answer yet. Don't feel comfortable installing an app they say isnt available. Maybe we're discriminated w ♠_confused: . Anyway, Im not happy with neteller and may skip them.

@ZeroDegrees, yeah, i feel yeah. If i may suggest, ask them via twitter or facebook to give you a call if possible. For me, that is the way it worked always the best for their support.
