Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with Q♣, Q♠
UTG folds, UTG+1 raises, UTG+2 folds, Hero 3-bets, 6 folds, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (7,47 SB) J♣, 4♣, 5♥ (2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (4,73 BB) 3♣ (2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, Hero calls.

River: (8,73 BB) 4♠ (2 players)
UTG+1 bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10,73 BB

Would you play the same way on turn and river? Or maybe it would be better to fold on turn against unknown opponent?

I don't think so you have monster QQs there are also cards to improve you should call at least. Also river can't fold due pot odds.

Yep, that's the way I played it, but still, when you don't know your opponent and suppose him to be reasonably tight player (unless you have reads), wouldn't this turn raise mean flush? If he had made hand on flop he would've (or at least should've) check/raise flop, that he didn't do. So seems like he'd improved on turn, and A2 was not the case because of his preflop raise.
