Hello, I am unable to connect to Pokerstars with my computer right now.
Could you make sure I am unregistered from the tournament I am registered
to "the big 3.3", starts soon.

Hello,

Thank you for your email.

You are currently sitting out in TID 543010074 'The Big $3.30 [$5K Gtd]',
which means you did not unregister.

In order for us to better assist you, please provide us with additional
information regarding any issues or questions you have. If you are
encountering problems using the PokerStars software, please give us as much
detail as possible, as well as any error codes or messages being displayed
on your computer screen.

We hope you have a great day, and please let us know if you require further
assistance or additional information.

Regards,

Andrea C.

Me

I did not ask IF I am unregistered, I asked if you guys could unregister me
and I did so BEFORE the tournament started.

Them

Hello,

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately the phrase "Could you make sure I am unregistered from the tournament" is not a clear indication that you would like 'PokerStars' to unregister you from the game.

As we are unable to unregister a player from a tournament that has started, please write back to us after the tournament has been completed.

Thank you for contacting PokerStars.

Regards,

Luke H

Your phrase indeed could be interpreted multiple ways, not only that, but you gave the poker room with the most customers only 12 minutes to respond to your email to save you $3.30 and you're mad that your unclear email didn't work?

Pokerstars has a great support team and you should be grateful they even get back to you in the same day, you must have terrible principles.

If you responded after the tournament was over with more detail about why you were not able to connect to their software, and any possible error codes like they suggested, most likely they would refund your buy-in in the form of a tournament ticket for that big $3.30.

Luckily, Pokerstars is not exactly the fishiest site online and I can stand by my principles here when a company tries to scam me. Withdrawing most of my funds from PS and not playing there much more.

That will teach them

Update:

I thought they were just brushing me off but they sent me a new message that they will go through the hand history of the tournament and that's why they can't do anything about it before after the tournament was finished. If it shows that I haven't played I would get a refund. I'm sane again

Everything worked out, I got my $3.30 (almost a beer!) back

Hello,

Thank you for your email.

I can completely understand the frustration and definitely getting a little hot under the collar. However, please note that we understand the value of our players, and will do everything we can to assist them with whatever issue they have. Unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to unregister you for that tournament as we did not get to your email in time.

After reviewing your hand history for that tournament and confirming that you were 'sitting out' and not actively playing in the game, I have credited your account with $3.30.

For your convenience I have attached your account's 'Real Money Audit' report for the past 24-hours where you will be able to see that the last record on the report labelled 'Admin Action' is the crediting of your buy-in back to your account.

If there is anything else that we can help you with, please feel free to contact us anytime.

All the best at the tables, and thank you for choosing PokerStars.

Regards,

Luke H

lol earlier u wanna quit pokerstars n suddenly U-turn.
Why not next time u deal with them 1st n after all being decided u post the result here. That will help a lot to other members.

Suppose a platinum member does have Thousand of $$$, n $3 is only a peanut. If im you, ranting about $3 as a platinum member is really a bad idea. Is like Bill Gate whining losing his $30,000.

*edited for beer, here in my place Caslberg/Tiger/Heniken about $1.50 each per can.
