I didn't understand his shove on the turn? Would some one do that with a set? I know I couldn't call in this situation but If I had 99+ I think I would have

Preflop: On those limits and FR I'd still raise 4xBB.
Postflop: Against that kind of stack and rather loose player I guess I wouldn't even bet the flop, we rarely will see any fold equity here anyways. Only reason to bet the flop is to gain a free card for river.
