Given both your opponent think you have a big pair here, and they are not willing to try and bluff you, I reckon you can bluff this river by betting small, around $4.

If opponents can't beat your "AA or KK" then they will likely just fold. I really expect someone to bet a straight on the turn, so go ahead and try to rep A3 on this river with a third pot bet.

I think it would have quite a good success rate.

Other than that wp. Flop is draw heavy and I can't imagine you getting 2 folds if you bet, which would mean you would have to give up on the turn yourself and fold.
