I think you are talking about the Pokercam rooms on 888. they are for cash game. For those cash game you need to have a webcam on to be able to join in the action

888 also have some Video Poker tournaments running atm. Bare in mind that video poker is a casino game and it is a -EV game. ie you will lose money in the long run.

You do not necessarily have to have video camera to play there. I own 2 PCs and on my new PC I can play video table without having camera installed while on my old PC I am not able to do .
