Villain is a very decent reg. 3betting pre will only iso me vs better hands.I'll probably 3bet/fold pre with like 1-2 callers and just flat up against him-is that the correct line in SH? Postflop I plan on stacking off on a low card boards and obviously with a set. I think his range here will be something like 77,AJ-8% EP PFR. Postflop it gets very interesting imo. I think I have to raise since my hand is very vulnarable to turn/river cards, but on the other hand I know he is only continuing with A 88,TT and probably overpairs. So, basically I dont have good equity vs any of his holdings. Reasoning for calling the ship was because I have the J , but this is not a strong argument imo and I dont like my play much here.

You need to remember who is your opponent? "a very decent reg". Does he raise 88 and happily stack off on 237r board against another reg? No. So, you need to be willing to adapt your plan. Against a fish ch/R low board and going broke is a much safer line sine they will pay you off with worse - but a reg wont, so be ready to adjust.

In this hand, (and depending on his opening range), we are comfortably ahead postflop and I dont think its 'bad' to play for stacks as we have so much equity. But it may not be the best line vs a good reg who knows we are unlikely to bluff raise air on this board.

I think calling is an option. QKA are bad turns - normally - but 3 of the 12 give us a flush so we dont have to be as scared as normal. As you say, if we get it in on the flop vs Ahx or 88/TT we are flipping, whereas if we ch/c and turn a heart we move ahead of some of those hands.

And yes, if he is loose, sqzing with JJ with 2 callers looks fine.

your pre-flop line is good. 3bet with multiple callers is fine.

post-flop you are too deep to raise/go broke vs his strong range this deep. just c/c and eval the turn. you can c/c 2 streets and eval the river or judge his sizing/timing.
