FLOP ($3.25) J♦ 9♠ 4♠

BB bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

TURN ($4.25) J♦ 9♠ 4♠ A♥

BB bets $1, Hero folds

BB wins $4.05

villain as lag reg 37/31/14 over 112 hands with flop agg:80 turn:27 river:71

if i give him a range of:66+,A8s+,K9s+,QTs+,ATo+,KJo+,QJo

my equity on the flop is ~53%, so my plan was to raise good turns.

now on the turn it' getting close, if he is barreling his whole range, then we have 30% equity and we get 1:3 on a call down, so we should call down on ok river?

now if he barrels on the turn only 99+,A8s+,KJs,K9s,QTs+,KsQs,KsTs,ATo+,KJo,QJo
we have 12% equity, so it's an easy fold

You should at least call the Turn. His range still includes enough of worse hands he may barrel again where he can represent very well Ax and expects you to respond honestly. So he may have KT KQ and T9s 55 66 77 88 etc. It's getting interesting on the River where you have to decide whether he's capable of betting worse Hands but against this lag reg who's been quite active i would not fold and calldown.
