Normal SS strategy, which you should stick to while playing NL10 says: if you don't hit your flop (i.e. have at least top pair top kicker) you should check/fold the flop while playing two or more oponents.
Let me ask you something: how come only MP2 checked the flop? SB should've made his action before MP2 and you. If that was the case (you got two checks before you), I would definitely bet, so it's an all-in. You have two overcards and gutshot straight draw, so even if one of them calls you, you still have much equity.
If only one of them checked, it's tough decision. I think the amount of outs you still have is enough to make a push, but I can be wrong.

actually SB is the button. I don't know why appears SB in the hand history. So only MP2 checked.
Kruppe, backdoor flush is also a draw, but you don`t play it aggressively, right?
Here you have around 8 clean outs, so its a push.

i mean would you play differently if you had an inside straight draw and no additional outs from overcards?
no, i would play it same way. all 8+ out draws should be played as a made hand in a raised pot.
