So time to give it a decent shot on the cash games.

I have played a variety of poker over the last 8 months including Online cash games, sit and go's, MTT's and Live tournament poker. MTT's being my most profitable, making over $1000 in winnings from a number of finishes ITM, my best being a 1st placed finish in an 180 man $15 bi on stars that won me $750.

However, I have Finally given myself the challenge of building up a bankroll over the next 10 months on the cash game tables in order to hopefully save up the funds to travel to Vegas with my mate Euan (swanny36).

Swanny has done very well in cash games over the last few months, which has allowed him to stake me on the Micro tables on 888.com.

He has staked me $200

I had my first session last night on the NL6 tables, where I finished up after a couple of hours with my bankroll at $212.

I also played for 90 minutes this morning, where I had a pretty successful session. My bankroll now sits at $229. Hopefully I can build from here into some solid profit!

Aswell as myself, Swanny hopes to build up his Bankroll on 888 in order to reach our goal of being able to hit the Vegas Casinos next summer!

Good thread will see how you do in 10 months thinking about putting 100 or 150 on there to start micro cash as well . NL 2 Or NL 4 whatever there lowest is on there.Just to get my status on here up . Since I donked my starting capitol away like most people on here. Gotta lose some to learn some . goodluck on the journey .

Just played for an hour and done on river in 3 different big pots.

Twice set over set and once out flushed.

Bankroll at $222.

My other friend, Scott (Peebs90) who just plays micro for fun has also decided to give it a blast today. He is all over the vegas trip but poker is not his priority.

However, I am currently watching him at the final table in a 355 man tourney on 888 with $14 guaranteed.

Came 9th in that tournament, so not a bad start to my poker career.

Up $15 for the day (bankroll $58). Vegas here we come!!!

Played for literally a little over an hour last night and just ran so well. Fish city on the NL6 tables.

Bankroll now at $242

p.s. Hating my Pokerstrat isn't linked to my poker account, meaning I cant gain points and move up the levels!

So a couple of eventful sessions to write about. Firstly, on Friday I play for around 2 hours and ran so badly. My bankroll slipped from 250 to 213 which was not ideal at all for both myself and my staker (swanny36) .

However, after taking a break over the weekend and realising that I was maybe playing a bit too loose in spots, I played last night with a tighter strat and crushed the NL6 tables where fish were just 3 betting be so often with air. I took advantage of this and had by BR up to 274 before slipped to buy ins and calling it a night.

BR=$262

Going to record a couple of hands to post up here. Also going to get Poker Tracker after my nightmare of buying Hold'em Manager which doesn't work on my mac.
