Should I fold the turn? or any advice is appreciated

It's close. Given UTG+1 would have been along on the turn it's an easy fold since turnraise 3handed+ is always toppair+ and you can always fold worse hands, especially pocketpairs with no outs but in that situation UTG+1 just called the Flop and checkraised the Turn on a blank. Normally he should have raised the Flop already with a Queen and the Turn brought up various drawing opportunities.

JT KT KJ T8 or he checkraises a Flushdraw. So i don't feel quite well by folding so i would call the turn and call a blank on the River but you gotta pick a read on each single opponent. Some are aggressive enough to even checkraise with Draws out of position and some ain't. They just checkraise Toppair+ on the Turn. Each hand plays differently, depending on which kind of opponent you are facing. Without a read bet/calldown is ok!

But now you have the read that he plays strong hands passively and certainly when he puts in the money then he is likely to have something strong. :) Take a note on that!
