Yep. Seems standard. I might even just check-fold the river. Most of what he calls the flop with Is pocket pairs. He probably has something like 77-QQ or KQ.

Yep, pretty easy fold. Not much you get value from there anyways, I might even consider betting ~1/2 pot size bet.
