Well this is a great flop for you.

However you are super deep (400 bets deep) but more importantly you are out of position. In cases like this you should control the pot and check/call because there are lots of bad turn cards for you where you will get charged to see the river considerably or when you do hit the other guy folds to a bet and you don't get paid off. If you were shallow this is an easy flop to check/raise shove on, but this deep it isn't a smart thing to do.

Check/calling the flop and turn is turning your hand face up, so you could consider folding to this turn card as you are unlikely to get paid if you hit on the river and you don't have odds to call again.
