I play it the same.
Pre I assume that despite his low 3bet% he can have some AK in his range.
Generally I call for setvalue here and because I expect him to play very straightforward postflop, so the plan is to c/c all non-Khigh&Ahigh flops once and fold to further aggression.

So c/c, c/f is fine vs this opponent in my opinion.

Variance giveth and variance taketh away.
