Little risky here to raise with only bottom 2pair against unknown villain who donked at you. There's straight draws and the flush draw here and you could already be facing a set, plus K9 or K8 beats you. Better to just call on the flop and re-evaluate on the turn depending on the cards and the villains line I think.

Hello tofu22,

Without even knowing the opponent I am not a big fan of raising the flop. The guy is even overbetting here, do you think he is capable doing that with just Kx hands? Plus into a multiway pot which is rather stronger. I'd Call it on flop and reevaluate it on turn.

But obviously if you think he is capable of doing that even with Kx then your line is fine.

Best Regards.
