unable to track my hands since 29oct ...........i restart kicks program every time i start a session but still not tracking does any know how to fix this prob?

I've never been able to get a poker kick 
I don't know why 
I have got the installation one, but having a programme say it successfully installed doesn't really create a thumbs up.
