I would fold this preflop, almost worst possible QQxx (only 34% hand)

Don't really like the postflop play either, but you simply shouldn't play this hand utg.

I play and so too tight, often my VPIP 27-29%, I raise weak KK, QQ, AA for set value + to balance my preflop range from UTG

On Ace high board I must make contibet from UTG except multiway or 3bet pot

With this particular hand, I don't think you need to balance ranges at all.

It's a clear fold preflop in a loose game. I really don't want to be playing this hand out of position against multiple opponents in a raised pot. You really are not making a mistake folding this preflop.

Flop: Give up and check/fold. There are 2 inside straight draws showing (235x and 567x) plus a flush draw and the ace. I can't see a cbet ever working here against 3 opponents and you are going to be forced to play both the turn and river out of position as well. There is a lot of reverse implied odds with your preflop hand selection and this is exactly why it's a fold.

Turn: All you can do is check/fold since you've been called, no reason to spew any more money.

River: Well you might as well bet, as that's the only way of winning the pot at this point.
