Withdrew $565 from my moneybookers account directly into my bank account, yet i only received $545.75. No fees from my bank account, already paid the $2.xx fee from moneybookers and somewhere in the middle $20 went missing lol. Both were in CAD so there was no currency conversion.
Support is taking their time answering my email, are they just skimming off the top lol?
