Villain is a TAG. 16/14/af 3.5, WTSD 29 over 570 hands. I didn't raise preflop because of his high Foldto3bet - 80%, wanted to keep weaker hads in (should you do that when OOP?) After that my reasoning is off. Dind't raised on the flop because I'm not calling a push. After that I bet the turn to protect but I have no idea what to do on blank river.

Hi,

If you ever want to get paid if you have ace/kings I think you should also 3-bet hands like AK and JJ/QQ. It is then harder to play against you and he doesn´t steal your blind that often.

I´d either lead all 3 streets or c/c him down (or at least on the turn). Don´t think he would bluffraise me that board and he would usually not c-bet with AQ/AK, so I don´t want to give him free cards and he can always call me down with 9Ts or other 9xs hands.
Leading turn likely isn´t best idea and you lead yourself open to bluffraises. c/c again and decide on the river if you want to call him down or not.
