thought spot. I think once you checked flop better is to check turn. You should never have there really very strong range, so he can turn his AQ/AJ, KQ into bluff and c/rai (since he can´t really c/c).
Consider how dry is board I´d c-bet to 12$ and shove on spade turns (maybe also with Q, J). I doubt he is flatting your 4-bet with 9x and since board is so dry you should also protect your equity against smt like JTs, QJs
As played: hard to see him having pp-s TT+, since he would generally shove them over 4-bet. I think I´d probably b/c, since I don´t think most players would go double c/r with pairs, so I´d rather put him some kind of bluff.
yes, that is one hand that he also can have.
But consider you have A blocker it is usually very unlikely.
