Should I have given up the hand? His bet on the turn indicates a strong hand but I have the odds to call

First of all rebuy, you're playing with 80BB here.
Second, given your stack, I would have pushed all-in on the turn.

True, try to always have at least 100BB on your stack, but maybe you lost the previous hand and didn't have time to rebuy.

Well, I don't like pushing the turn. The board is kinda dry so there's no need for protection.

I'd check behind on the turn and call a riverbet, or valuebet the river if villain checks.

i always bet the turn behind on this board, it's not that dry; there are straight draws out there..

Actually I did and because I was busy on other tables , didn´t rebuy in time....I know... shouldn´t play more tables then I can cope with :rolleyes:

@ chenny88 - I agree with you, I´ve bet the turn for protection, but maybe pot control is more impottant in this case
