OR is a regular with 7% PFR in EP. I guess he'd be betting AK, AA, KK and QQ and check everything else. Is this a fold in this case?

If we assume this is his range for betting the flop, and that he'll play for stacks with all of these hands, then we have 63% equity against his range according to Equilab and should get it in.

SPR is super low and its a multi-way pot with a bunch of people behind where you have middle set on a board that smashes all of villain's opening ranges and not too many draws. I think this is a super easy call/call otf and lead turn if checked to.
