Hello!
This is my first hand here. I crushed NL10 and slowly I want to get used to NL20. I play just 50 hands per day for it.
I know that hands which I will post are very simple but for me it look like that every hand is brand new. Sorry for that and thanks for patient!!!

Back to the hand.
Not much I could have done here. Even check/call was ev+

Hi,

Since you don´t really afraid any turn card I think better him to shove himself with worse hands, so I´d personally c/rai flop to make him shove smt like TT/99 that he might fold against your c-bet.
If you bet and he shoves, you´re pot committed so it is easy call+ you can always be ahead smt like JxQc

Good luck at the tables,

is it possible to play check/fold on this board or escape from this hand?

No, you have put in too much money and you have too much equity if you´re behind + you can always be ahead some random hand, like TT, QJ, T9s and so on.
