This line looks optimal versus a majority of maniacs. NH.

This spot is even more +EV if this villain checks behind with his monsters. I hope he didn't have a Q.

I don't like to play OOP against a maniac with AK so I would push pre-flop.


against a maniac with his stacksize i would just 4 bet pre ... and try to get it in ... simply because the line he took on the flop . because if you dont hit you have to fold and you fold the best hand a lot of times

I agree: playing AK OOP sucks, as we miss the board most of the time... Getting it in preflop is best IMO.
