Preflop: Rather isolate the hand right here and take the initiative against his limp.

As played
Postflop: Don't like the idea of turning our hand into somewhat bluff-catcher and never-know situation. Rather just Bet yourself and protect your hand on flop & turn and most likely just Check/Fold it on river while no worse will pay you anyways. But as played well, for the given odds obviously we ain't gonna fold.
