Well, for just 93 hands I doubt that we have that much of information on him and I can't really base on the stats. Most likely we could only base on the overall table dynamics. So for that given fact I guess I would even Call. Or another option if the guy really 3bets a lot then just 3bet yourself vs BTN stealing range.

BTN has 67% f3bet so i don't really like 3bet 99, this hand is not enough polarized. And my 4bet looks really bluffy because I just called btn raiser.

Well, why should it be? He is calling with a lot worse and might even include weaker PPs. You are just way too often just donating money in those spots with weaker PPs and obviously can easily overplay your hand as which happened. While you just had 93 hands on him.
