I mean how do they usually look on a big sample like 100k hands?

Stats of course always depend on the amount of players.

Full Ring vs Short handed. And even Full Ring can be 9 or 10 handed, short handed can be 5 or 6 handed.

Thus the following numbers are indicators which can vary.

FR 9-10 handed: 14/9-10 - 16/11-12
SH 5-6 handed: 24/18 - 28/22

4-handed: VPIP 35 +-5, PFR 26 +-3
3-handed: VPIP 50 +-8, PFR 38 +-5

Regarding your stats:
15 PFR is absolutely reasonable for 9-10 handed games. However 7 PFR seems to be a leak.
This means you either limp too often instead of raising or you play a bit too tight in general but defend or complete too many hands in the SB or BB.

Now my stats from 765 hands are 11.5/6.8/2.4 (vpip/pfr/3bet). I guess 3bet is fine, because 2.4% is almost the exact 3bet range from the chart (QQ+, AKo, AKs = 2.56%).
Should I start worrying that I misunderstood the shc somewhere or is it just a small sample yet?
PS: I play FR (10 max).

I wouldn't worry too much about your vpip/pfr at this stage, as your total hands (< 1,000) is way too low to accurately deduct anything. You will see that those numbers may vary quite a lot on low samplesizes like your own.

I have to admit that - as a German - I am more active in the German Community. However I want to be also active here as the English Community is a very nice Community :-)

Please be advised that his SHC is supposed to be very beginner friendly and to avoid major mistakes. This makes it a very good foundation and a good strategy at all.

However once you became are more experienced in Postflop decisions you could move on to the advanced Perflop Strategy taught in this article:

My advice: Study the article but keep to the current strategy while studying and play 3-4k hands in total. Once you really understood the article try the suggested charts with few tables and make your first experiences.

The strategy taught in advanced open raising allow you to have a higher winrate compared to the Basic SHC but the risk of making big mistakes is even higher and the variance increases. You must find out if you are ready yet for that :-)
